About Me
- Name: Arty
- Location: Etchingham, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I grew up in Kenya until I was 18. In 1973 I went to art school at the West Surrey College of Art and Design (WSCAD) in Farnham Surrey and graduated in 1977 having studied Fine Art Painting. In the past I have had work exhibited several times at the Whitechapel Open in East London, at the New Grafton Gallery, the Ashgate Gallery in Farnham, the Ashbarn in Petersfield and the Ogle Gallery in Cheltenham. I consider my work is fairly intimate and painted for a domestic setting. I am happy to take commissions, including portraits. Serious enquiries about my work might like to contact me at Eganahpro (at symbol)yahoo.co.uk

You manage to take ordinary objects and make them fascinating.
An ordinary life.
I like this one too. You've captured the transluscent quality of the bottle amazingly well.
another river find-it is much abraded by the water and sand so it is transluscent rather than clear.
The box it is standing on is an old pen box that I inherited from a friend-much battered but a lovely thing that I store my drawing pens in.
Just wanted to say your artwork is lovely. This may be my favorite.
Thanks Miss Daze-this one is still for sale in the gallery that handles my work:
