About Me
- Name: Arty
- Location: Etchingham, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I grew up in Kenya until I was 18. In 1973 I went to art school at the West Surrey College of Art and Design (WSCAD) in Farnham Surrey and graduated in 1977 having studied Fine Art Painting. In the past I have had work exhibited several times at the Whitechapel Open in East London, at the New Grafton Gallery, the Ashgate Gallery in Farnham, the Ashbarn in Petersfield and the Ogle Gallery in Cheltenham. I consider my work is fairly intimate and painted for a domestic setting. I am happy to take commissions, including portraits. Serious enquiries about my work might like to contact me at Eganahpro (at symbol)yahoo.co.uk

Is it a still life or a landscape or both? That jug looks like you could grab the handle and pick it up!
this one took some hard work actually. The water colour/gum arabic/dry brush technique began to really test me doing the texture of the jug it tooks ages and then suddenly the whole thing came to life.
